We’re happy to offer delivery options within EU and beyond.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but most European shipments are delivered within 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery times can range from 7-21 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Within Europe: Starting from 10 euros.
Within Estonia: Starting from 5 euros.

International Delivery:

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Information on Unpacking

Dear Customer, the botanical bas-relief is made of plaster and therefore requires careful handling. Please pay attention to the markings on the box, and be sure to open it on the side toward which the "top" sign points. If you notice any damage upon receiving your order, please feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to assist and answer any questions.
